Delia Velez Rodriguez, age 84 passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Delia was born September 28, 1936. She was a great mother of two, grand-mother of four and great-grandmother of seven. A quiet soul with the quickest wit, she knew how to make anyone chuckle unexpectedly.
She is survived by her daughter Evelyn Torres and son Placido Torres. Her daughter in law Ana J. Torres. Grandchildren Lina Medina, Iris Camacho, Lisa Quinones and Ana Roció Torres. She is also survived by her great grand children Anjelina Camacho, Nikolai Marquez, Ulysses Marquez, Katalina Camacho, Kaylani Hernandez and Lira Gonzalez.
She looked at life in a colorful way, at her request we would like to honor her by wearing colorful attire. A funeral service for Delia will be held Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817. A committal service will occur Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 4:15 PM to 4:30 PM, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817. A burial will occur at SE Cemeteries of Florida DBA Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 HARRELL RD, ORLANDO, Florida 32817.
