Nancy Elizabeth Hersman-Blake, was born in Jackson county W.Va. on August 29, 1933, and passed from this life on January 26, 2020 at the age of 86 in Orlando FL. She was preceded by her husband, Curtis G. Blake in 1997, her parents, and brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Curtis A. Blake, Michael D. Blake, Vicky S. Blake, and her grandchildren Jennifer L. Blake-Castro, Timothy R. Blake. Nancy was a retired registered nurse of 45 years. She graduated from Ripley High School in 1951 and St. Joseph’s school of Nursing in 1954. She did many different types of nursing and loved them all. She was a strong, independent, loving woman who always had a way of being able to listen to anyone. She will be missed by all that knew her.
