On December 29, 1994 he married Cynthia L. Winekoff, she survives of the home. William had a passion for reading and writing and proudly served in the United States Air Force from which he

retired.

Other survivors include Roberta & Steven Lincoln, William Dowda, Vanessa & Greg Thomas, Lisa & Jay Taclof, Julius Syer, Calenia Syer-Slater, 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on December 27, 2025 from 4-7pm and December 28, 2025 at 10am at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill 2420 Harrell Rd. Orlando, FL 32817. The Funeral service will be

December 28, 2025 at 11 am at the funeral home with burial following at Chapel Hill Cemetery at 12noon at 2400 Harrell Rd. Orlando, FL 328

Visitation services will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, located at 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, on December 27, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and on December 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

The funeral service will take place at the same location on December 28, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A committal service will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2420 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817, on December 28, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
