Mom, you are my rock, my angel, the wind beneath my wings. You have always made me want to be a better person. I will miss your beautiful smile, your laughter, your loving touch. I will miss our Sunday dinners -- we laughed so much our stomachs hurt. I will miss your call every night to make sure I was okay. I will miss your wonderful noodles and chocolate chip cookies.

What a beautiful, gracious lady you were. You faith and your devotion to you family were unshakable. God only knows how many prayers you offered up on our behalves. My heart aches for you, but I am filled with joy for you that you are no longer in any pain and free from worries. Home with God your father and the loved ones who have been waiting so patiently for you while we have been so blessed with your presence on earth. You have your wings. Fly free, mom, fly high and know how much we love you. You will always be with us in our hearts and we will be filled with joy when we are together again.

I love you so much.

You daughter, Susan
