Carolyn Ann Giannotti, age 80, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away on October 4, 2025 at Villa St. Francis in Olathe, Kansas. Visitation will be 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, Kansas 66204. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Villa St. Francis, 16600 W. 126th Street, Olathe, Kansas 66062.
Carolyn was born on April 15, 1945 in Glens Falls, New York to Ralph and Mary (Morehouse) Bartlett. She was a graduate of Chestertown High School and she received her Business degree from Albany Business College in 1965. She married Donald Allen Giannotti on April 16, 1966 in Chestertown, New York. Carolyn worked for First Albany Finance and later became a housewife, before finishing her career at Heartland Multiple Listing as an accountant. She enjoyed co-ed volleyball and bowling. Carolyn was a dedicated wife and mother.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Mary (Morehouse) Bartlett; her three siblings, Ralph Bartlett Jr., David Bartlett and Teresa Mathews; her son, Donald Allen Giannotti Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Sandra Kay Giannotti; and special friends, Jan Knudsen and Michael LeBeck.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 59 years, Don Giannotti; her son, David Giannotti; nieces and nephews, Jessica Edict, Ralph Bartlett, Joe Bartlett, Rob Bartlett, Cheryl Morris, Diane Brown, Mary Eberl, Mark Huey and Ralph Mathews; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as many special friends in Kansas, Michigan and New York.
