It was an honor with work with Chuck, or Nurse Chuck as we all knew him, at KidsTLC! His smiling face and sense of humor will be missed. KidsTLC clients and staff lives were definitely touched by him!

I was a Psych Tech who worked with Chuck at St. Lukes in Sioux City on the night shift witch gave me a better chance to talk with him and to get to know him. He was a teriffic nurse and person to work with. We shared some memoral moments. I'll always remember him as a good friend

I first want to say to Chuck’s family and friends - I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers include you during this sad time.

I worked directly with Chuck on the evening shift at KidsTLC. I loved working with him and respected him greatly. We worked well together and shared many of the same beliefs in life. Work would get busy and chaotic at times, and no matter how anxiety-provoking it became, Chuck would always remain calm, cool, and collected. I will always remember him walking into work in the afternoon with a milkshake in his hand from either Burger King or another fast food place he chose to stop by that day. Chuck not only touched and affected my life, he touched and affected the lives of his co-workers and the lives of the children and adolescents we care for on a daily basis - so much so, an entire unit of adolescents made cards for the nursing department in honor of Chuck. RIP Chuck. I love you buddy and will miss you greatly. ❤️

I am sorry for your loss. I didn't know your Dad that well but I did see him occasionally across campus. He always had a smile and would wave back or say "Hi". He will not be forgotten by the KidsTLC family.
