

Kenneth Ray McMullin, 86, of Overland Park, KS passed away on Sunday afternoon, February 24th, 2013. He was surrounded by his loving family and caregivers during his journey with Alzheimer’s Disease. Ken was born April 29th, 1926 in St. Louis, MO; moving to Kansas City in 1960. He celebrated 57 years of marriage with Bernice Pauline Smith, the love of his life. Ken was blessed with three sons. He served his country with honor in the Navy during WWII and Korean War. Ken continued to serve by working for the General Services Administration (GSA) for 35 years. Ken is survived by two sons (spouses): Gary G. McMullin (Linda) and Kenneth J. McMullin (Kathy). Grandchildren: James McMullin; Keith & Stephen McMullin and Michelle Schnetzler. Great grandchildren: Garett & Gabriel McMullin; Kaelah, Kennedy, & Karlie McMullin; Tyler & Abigail Schnetzler. Sister-in-law Virgeen Miklich and brother-in-law Raymond Smith of St. Louis, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his wife Bernice and his son Dennis. Memorial Services will be Saturday March 2nd with visitation at 9:00am followed by services at 10:00am.
