Luella Rose Waters, 81 of Kansas City, KS passed away on August 15, 2013. Luella was born on June 6, 1932. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Luella was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great- great grandmother. She will be missed by all. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on August 23rd at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice Foundation.
