She was as born as Nancy Lee Kuheim on December 22nd, 1943 in Kansas City, MO. Nancy married Clifford Jerome Wingerter (Jerry), on June 6th, 1963. They had two boys Robert E and Kenneth Scott.
Nancy was a loving Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and devoted wife. Nothing compared to the love she shared with her husband Jerry, a true love story from the beginning. She is once again joined with him in heaven.
Nancy was a full-time mom and always there after school, unless Jerry needed her driving the company delivery truck for their business. She enjoyed taking care of all thing’s nature, animals, birds, and gardening. If she could be outside, she was. She was amazingly creative from her 3-foot doll house to the numerous art pieces she made for the grandchildren.
Being a lifelong resident of Kansas City, she enjoyed friendships that lasted over 60 years with Joyce Ferrell and Jean Harvey, who were exceptionally important in her life after Jerry’s passing in 2011. She was blessed a wonderfully funny and entertaining brother-in-law, Kenny Wingerter.
Nancy is survived by sons Robert and wife Linda, Kenneth Scott and wife Gloria, 6 grandchildren, Karl, Nick, Jeremy, Amber, Seth, and Justin; and 5 great-grandchildren, Gage, Tucker, Mia, Cami, and Evi; and brother-in-law Kenny and wife Karen and 2 nieces Sheri and Emily.
We love you Mom, grandma, and great-grandma. You will be greatly missed.
