Dear Zeller Family,  I am so sorry for your loss.  Omer was such a wonderful and kind man. I met Omer and Barbara through Lord of Lights Ministries. He was such an inspiration to not only my life but to my brothers as well.  I hope by knowing that he is spending time with Jesus face to face brings you comfort.  God Bless you all.

Wow, this photo really looks like Mike.   Well, I loved my dad very much!  I think I will remember most how he gave his all to the Lord and everything else he endeavored.  Whether it was a particular craft, like cooking or building a rod, or rearing 10 children, he did it as well as he knew how. And he did both to the very end.  I completely respected him for that.  I know his methods were not always agreeable to everyone, but I know where his heart was.  His faith NEVER waivered.  That is his legacy.  See you some day again, dad.

I first met Omer while Barb and I were dating. I can only imagine his first impression of me as a non-Christian, yellow-haired punk that was hanging out with his beautiful daughter and angelic little grandchildren. ;) 

I'm happy to say that the love that I felt from Omer, his wife, my future wife and the entire family helped me realize the importance of loving the Lord and making Him the foundation of my life.

In the time that I knew Omer I realized what it means to be a spiritual leader of a family. 

Additionally, I learned how to properly smoke meat, sharpen a knife, clean a fish, install a door and most importantly, be a fisher of men.

I am proud to be a member of the Zeller family and honored to be able to pass on what I have learned from him to my own children.

I went to high school with Omer and always enjoyed his friendship.  He was a very good athlete and had a smile on his face all the time.  I was very happy to see him at the last reunion.  We'll all miss him and his homemade jerkies.  He made the best.

I never met Mr. Omer Zeller but I wanted to so much due to his son my best and only friend Thomas Zeller. Through Tom I knew he came from excellent stock and I truly believe his father had to be a blessing to have known. I don't deal with loss very well since I lost my father, it leaves a pain that can't be described. I would say to The Zeller Family remember the memories of this wonderful spirited man who is now one of gods soldiers, to bring smiles and joys to your heart. For one day you all will be united in heaven to live eternally!

I first met Mr. Zeller twenty-five years ago through his son Jim. I knew him well during my eary and middle teen years. When I was around Mr. Zeller I seemed to want to stand up straight. He had a quiet confidence that was as remarkable as it was intimidating. He taught us how to play golf  and refurbished a set of golf clubs for me to play with. I have them to this day. He was a good man. God Bless his family who I know loved him dearly.
