Phyllis (PJ) Wallace, age 78, of Overland Park, KS passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Celebration of Life Service will be 1:00 pm on Monday, July 3, 2017 at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS, with a reception of friends following the service at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Kindred Hospice, 8735 Rosehill Road, STE 200, Lenexa, KS 66215.
PJ was born on March 18, 1939 in Louisburg, KS. She married her high school sweetheart, Keith Wallace on August 18, 1957. She was a longtime employee of JD Reece. PJ enjoyed antiquing, Bunco and flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Keith Wallace, of the home; one son, Barry Wallace and his wife, Miki, of Overland Park, KS; two granddaughters, Hayley and Kennady Wallace, of Overland Park, KS; one sister, Mary Ann England, of Arvada, CO and three nieces.
