Richard Charles Napper, 84, originally of St. Louis, Missouri died Thursday, February 5th, 2015. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Ruth Napper and his sister, Nancy Crane. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Terri Napper; his brother, Tom Napper; and his children, Richard Alan Napper, Shelley Scheer, Laura Myers, Cindy Hoffman, Kim Campbell, Tim Napper and Jeff Napper; as well as 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Richard attended University City High School in St. Louis and he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Richard was an avid collector of music, art, film and photography. He and his wife, Terri, enjoyed tennis, traveling and boating throughout their years together, as well as attending their grandchildren’s sporting events. A memorial service will be held at the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 10180 Gravois Rd in Affton, MO at 2pm Friday, February 13th followed by a prayer at gravesite. (Please meet at the East entrance). The family suggests memorial contributions to the Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care.
