Born on June 22, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York to Barnett Sapp and Ruth Podolsky, Adrianne was second in her birth order to her siblings, Phyllis, Joyce, Debra and Saul, to which have all preceded her by death. As well as, by her husband, Anthony DeMarco.
Survived by her children: Robin, Karyn, Brian and Jamie Hetzel; her step-children: Shelby and Tony Jr. DeMarco; grand-children: Andrew, Marcus, Jordan, Julian, Zachary, and Brenden; as well as by her great-grandchildren: Maddox and Penelope.
