He is survived by 1 sister, Janet Fromme and his 2 sons Michael (Lisa) Rainey, Sr. of New Salisbury, IN and Doug Rainey of Georgetown, KY, 7 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many great and great great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arvil Rainey, Sr. and Eva Milton Rainey, his beloved wife of 32 years Mary Lou Rainey and his brother Jerry Rainey.
Arrangements are being handled through Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral home in Oviedo, FL., 501 E. Mitchell Hammock Rd. Visitation to the public will be Thursday, May 15th, 2025, 10:00 a,m, to 1:00 p.m. with a service to be at 1:00 p.m. and burial following service at 2:30 p.m. at All Faiths Cemetery at 1390 Park Dr., Casselberry, FL.
