Catherine Tracy Pouliot

Catherine Tracy Pouliot, age 59 of Orlando, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, August 4, 2025 after an illness. She was born March 29, 1966 in Whitinsville, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2016 to be closer to her children.

Catherine built a long and successful career with UPS and proudly served at UNO’s in Massachusetts before making Florida her home. Catherine retired from Publix where she continued to bring warmth and joy to everyone she met, brightening each day with her kindness and radiant spirit.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Steven Pouliot and Thomas Pouliot; daughter, Laura (Matt) Gregory; and her cherished grandchildren, Julissa, Isabella, and Emerson and her beloved cat, Misty. She is also survived by her sisters, Louise (John) Persson and Patricia Prendergast; and brothers, Michael (Becky) Prendergast and Brian Prendergast; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends who were blessed by her love and laughter.

Catherine took pride in every aspect of her life, but her greatest joy was being a devoted mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family, always going above and beyond and making sacrifices to ensure all her children had everything they needed. Throughout her life, Catherine exemplified great strength, faith, courage, and perseverance. She faced every challenge with a remarkable spirit with determination to keep moving forward. She taught life lessons and loved unconditionally.

Catherine found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She loved going to the beach, often spending hours there searching for sea glass and shells, watching the waves, and listening to the ocean breeze. There were no problems the ocean couldn’t fix in her eyes. She loved to shop and would always know how to make you feel extra special during the holidays with her traditions.

Although her time on this earth was far too short, Catherine’s spirit and presence will live forever in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Catherine’s name.

A memorial service will be held to honor Catherine’s life on Saturday, August 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home in Oviedo, Florida.
