She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Ida was born on April 2, 1940 in Thomasville, Georgia.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother that loved her family.
Ida is survived by her children Denise Wilkerson (David), Ashley Burleson (Lori), Chad Burleson (Carly) and Jennifer Burleson (Bobby). As well as her 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in passing by her husband Everett Burleson and her son Greg Burleson.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 24, 2026, at 10:00 am at Drawdy Rouse cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Shriners Children Hospital in her memory
