Marie and I met in Orlando at the US Postal Service in 1981. We worked together. We played together. We danced. We laughed. We cried. We tried to solve the problems of the world. We enjoyed each other's company whenever we could including church in Geneva in recent years.
If she were here today (4th of July) she would be celebrating America - life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
I love you Marie. Always have, Always will.
Rest in peace.

Dear Family - it is with extreme sadness that I hear of Marie's tragic accident. I am almost a life-time friend as we have known each other for many years. Just recently, I had two great conversations with her about our John Marshall Class of 54 reunion.

She really (as were all of us) was looking so forward to coming to Rochester in August so we could all catch up!

Your Mom, Wife, Grandmother, Great-grandmother was a delightful human being and I so enjoyed knowing her even though miles had drifted us apart. Please know that my prayer and thoughts are with each and everyone of you!!

Sincerely,
Marilyn Lowden Koss Wright

I have such wonderful memories of Aunt Marie. The family reunions were always such a great gathering put on by Aunt Marie. I will always remember how kind she truly was to me every time we would visit. She will be so missed by many.

Marie was a very wonderful mother in law, I loved her the first time I met her. She was always so nice to me and my children (even the ones that were not her grandchildren).
The most memorable moment I have about her was when Ed and I were first married. We were have trouble making ends meet. So we went to Marie for help. Did she pull out her wallet, no. She did the best thing of all she sat us down and showed us how to do a budget. That was how she was she helped you to help yourself.
She was always a mother to me.
I will miss you very much
Love, Tonia

Marie always made us feel special when we were with her. I think that was true of anyone who met her. She was one of a kind. We spent a couple of New Years eves with Chuck and Marie and I will treasure those memories forever. Marie was an angel on earth who I hope to see again when my time comes. God bless Chuck and the entire family. Our hearts go out to you.
