

Marion was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Tome, Sr., daughter, Sherry Tome Newcomb and beautiful Grandchildren, David Dishinger, Christopher Newcomb, Weston Tome. She is survived by her sister, Autumn Joyce Smith of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, her daughter, Diane Dishinger (Jim) of Oviedo, Florida and son, Robert Tome of Daytona Beach, Florida.
Marion’s greatest joy of her life were her Grandsons, James Dishinger, Jr (Tara) of Weston, Florida, Peter Newcomb of Flowery Branch, Georgia and Kyle Tome (Isabel) of Daytona Beach, Florida and her great grandchildren, Zach Dishinger, Peyton and Taylor Newcomb, Lucas and Loretta Newcomb, Lily and Weston Tome.
Marion was faithful in her life and was a member of Perkins Presbyterian Church, Erie, Pa, active in the Women’s Group for many years. She was also an active member of East Lake Methodist Church in Palm Harbor, Florida. During her life as a homemaker, enjoyed her passions of sewing, knitting, crocheting, reading and playing Rummikub. She also taught ceramic classes in her home before moving to Florida leaving those who attended with memories of laughter and the joy of creating wonderful pieces. She loved being part of a knitting/crochet group at the Oviedo YMCA that donated afghans to Camp Boggy Creek, Eustice, Florida, for children with serious illnesses to enjoy a camp experience in a safe, medically- sound environment.
Throughout her journey, Marion inspired those around her with her unwavering spirit, positive outlook and deep love for her family and friends, Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Thank you, Marion (Mom), for everything. Enjoy your “Sweet Dreams with Jesus”.
