Dear Heather. This is Your mothers friend Grace Fiumara. We worked together for many years at Indian trails. We had a great working relationship that progressed into a personal friendship.  Through the years there were so many times we got together. At Christmastime.  I was the school board nurse  that visited the school at that time.  I am so sorry to hear of the passing away of your mother Paula. She was a very dear friend to me and I will always remember her as the caring dedicated person she was.    When I went to the Oviedo nursing home they only said she was no longer a resident there  That was some time after hurricane Ian  perhaps the end of December   I tried passing the house and call ing your Dads phone hoping to reach you .  I was aware that your Father had already passed away but thought perhaps I could reach you At that time I did not know of her passing away.  I recently saw the obituary.   I am so sorry for your losses Heather.   I and Reno want to express our condolences to you and your Children and  Brother Scott  his wife  an Family .  We just  found out that she has gone home to be with the Lord Jesus . I know she loved you so very much and would tell me so..  I am  sad that I could not be there for you at that time to support  and help in some way. I met Paula 40 years ago.  I didn't  think she would like me because  I talk too much and I'm noisy.  But we turned out to be the best of friends.  We shared family celebrations, vacations,  crises and much more.  Paula had a heart of compassion and was a true hostess.  When my husband died, she always made sure I  wasn't alone on anniversary dates and holidays.  My kids and the Tannehills spent many together.  I am so thankful for Paula,  John and the entire family.  I hate not being able to be at the services today.  I am sitting in Laguardia NYC Airport waiting for a 2:30 flight home.  But my thoughts and prayers have been with you all.  I love you.

Remembering all the wonderful years of special times together visiting or long phone conversations about anything and everything. You were more like a sister than a sister in law! Love and miss you ❤️.   Sally
