Phulo Rowtie Manwah, age 84, was born on April 17, 1942, in Trinidad and Tobago. She later made her home in Brooklyn, where she built a life filled with love, laughter, warmth, and a strong sense of community.
She was a cherished wife, daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her bright spirit, generous heart, and endless kindness brought joy and comfort to all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
She is survived by her devoted sons, Horace, Timothy, Rodney, and Saisnarine, as well as a legacy of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy and pride to her life.
She is also lovingly remembered by her beloved daughters, Esther and Rookmin, with whom she is now peacefully reunited.
Phulo’s love, strength, warmth, and beautiful spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all whose lives she touched.
