Zachary Zach Joseph Majka

Zachary Joseph Majka, age 27, of Oviedo FL, went to heaven peacefully on Thurs. Feb 2, 2017 after a long illness. He was born on Jan. 30, 1990 in Binghamton NY. He moved to Florida in 1996 and graduated from Paul J Hagerty High School in 2009. Zachary was a childhood leukemia survivor. He overcame many obstacles in his life and was always a positive and pleasant person. His story touched the lives of many people. He especially enjoyed the Joy ministry at church. He is survived by his father, Joseph; siblings, Alicia and Joshua; grandmothers Evelyn McNair and Ruth Majka; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Donna Majka in 2015. A special thanks to all the staff at Florida Hospital Orlando Neuro ICU and VTICU where he spent most of the past year. The family will receive friends at 11:30 am Saturday, February, 11, 2017 at Cross Life Church 45 W. Broadway Street, Oviedo. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM at Cross Life Church. Interment will be at All Faith’s Memorial Park in Casselberry. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Kids Beating Cancer or Camp Boggy Creek.
