I am so sorry to learn of Amy's passing.  I first knew her through PTA at Ione Olsen School in Marina.  My three daughters adored her then, and still remember her fondly.  She knew every child by name, and their parents as well.   Later, as my supervisor at Marina Del Mar School, also in Marina, she continued to show outstanding leadership and care for each child in her charge.  I am proud to say that she called me her friend.  To this day I remember her as a petite bundle of energy and professionalism who deeply impacted my own 30+ years as an educator and occasional acting Vice Principal/Principal.  Thank you Amy!

Working with Amy and memories of her energy, speed, focus, sensitivity, expertise and friendship will forever be a treasure!  I never got to ski with Amy but I can imagine the perfection of grace and speed that she brought to the mountains!  
I’m imagining her delightful reunions in heaven. God bless each of us blessed to share memories of such a wonderful lady. 

I had the pleasure of working with Amy at Marina Del Mar and Olson Schools. I am so sorry to her of her passing and send  my sincere condolences to her friends and family.

Very sorry to hear  about Amy.  I worked with her at Marshall School and always admired her extraordinary energy and resourcefulness.  She was a wonderful principal and friend.
Mickey, Amy, and I would occasionally have lunch together.  Amy was always a joy to spend time with.----always enthusiastic.
