I hope this is the correct person... he owned the house in PG on the corner of Laurel & 8th.  He volunteered to share the cost of removing a large eucalyptus tree in our shared back yards. I lived next door and he knew that I could not afford it. He was always friendly and even offered to take me up in his plane a number of times. He was a good man! If anyone who knows/remembers him, please let me know.

Blessed to have known Burdett and his sweet wife (back when they were still in Pebble). He was a dear Man. Helped him with the spa,having Sandy help me and bringing him homemade cookies and fruit cake on occasion. Sorry for your loss.God bless you and your family.
