Eva Carroll Cordy

July 11, 1928October 29, 2018

Eva Carroll Cordy, born in Pickmere, England, came to North America through Canada in 1953 and to California a year later. She made her home in the Bay Area from 1957-1974, and resided in Carmel from that point forward. She had five children, and two grandchildren. Carmel was a place of beauty to her. She loved her long walks on the beach and being surrounded by nature. Point Lobos, in particular, was a favorite place to find refuge. Carmel was also where she met her love, Robert Cordy, and was happily married to him for the last 24 years of her life. They both shared a passion for their antique shop and would make frequent buying trips back to England. She was a loving grandma and knitter extraordinaire. She is survived by three of her children, her grandchildren, husband and their Jack Russell, Pip. She is so loved and will be missed.

Any contributions in her name, please make to Salvation Army.
