Francine Jo Aliotti

With a heavy heart we share the passing of Francine Jo “Fran” Aliotti, 75, of Pacific Grove, CA. She passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Fran was born on November 17, 1949, in Monterey, CA, to Joseph and Virginia Campo.

She was a warm and loving person who was known for her generous spirit, kindness, and the joy she brought to everyone she met. Fran was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Salvatore Aliotti; her children, Frank (Sabrina) Aliotti and Cesca (Michael) Pistoresi; her grandchildren, Anthony, Salvatore, Alessandra, and Alexandra; Sisters, Cathy Ruccello (David) and Tonirose Miller (Steve), four sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, as well as four nephews and 12 nieces and her precious Lola.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Campo; her sister, Lucille Ingels; and three brothers-in-law.

Fran worked alongside her husband for 41 years at their business, Lighthouse Lighting. She had a deep love for her heritage and was a member of the Italian Catholic Federation. She was a past Tarantella dancer at the yearly Italian Festival. Fran’s greatest joy was being a Nonnie to her four Grandchildren.

Visitation and Rosary will be February 19th, from 4-6 p.m. at the Paul Mortuary in Pacific Grove. Funeral mass will be held February 20th at 9:30 a.m. at San Carlos Cathedral in Monterey. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Fran.
