Joseph P. Fournier, a fifty-five year Monterey Peninsula resident and a native of Keesville, New York, passed away at his home. He served in the US Army for twenty years retiring as a Sergeant First Class. He then began his second career as a Realtor-Broker and was very active with the local Board of Realtors. Joseph received his AA Degree from Monterey Peninsula College, enjoyed being a member of Toastmasters and took great pleasure in working in his garden.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean; his daughters, Sylvia Fournier of Seaside and Ramona Schlecht of Sacramento; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
At his request, no services will be held.
