I was taken by surprise of Len's death and am so saddened to hear of his passing. Len was a warm, funny and true friend. Len was so proud of his children and loved showing us pictures of his grandchildren, he was such a proud father and grandfather. I am so thankful for having the opportunity to have worked with Len for so many years, what a great person. My sincerest condolences.

While reading through these shared memories of Len, it’s clear how his presence enriched others lives in a very deep, personal way. I’ve had the opportunity to meet him a handful of times throughout the years, where we were brought together by the sad circumstances of an in-laws passing. Though our conversations were short, amidst many Sanji family members also wanting to “catch up” with Len & Aiko during their visit, I always walked away with a profound appreciation for his humor and for his unassuming nature. I didn’t know Len well like I wish I had, yet there was this immediate sense of authenticity and sincerity about him still, a feeling that he extended respect and truly cared about those around him. My sincerest condolences to Aiko & Len’s family.

I'm so saddened to hear of Len's passing. He truly was a gentle giant. I can remember sitting with him in meetings and people who didn't really know him, being quite intimidated.
He treated you with kindness, dignity and respect. He encouraged greatness, and his dry humor refreshing.
Prayers and blessings of peace, love and light to your many friends and family. An angel arrived today.
