I had the pleasure of calling her: my second mother, my older sister, my favorite, my Tia Angelina.

She was 18 when I was born, and would take me wherever she went. I grew up embraced by her love and laughter. She was always ready for a fun adventure.

Thank you Tia for always being there for me when I needed you. I wish I had been able to spend more time with you, especially recently.💔

Tia, you will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved you. May you rest in eternal peace my favorite 💖

Maria and Joe went with me to Rome in 2013. I have soo many good memories of that trip. I will miss Maria. Even though she is not with us on earth she is now resting peacefully in God’s arms.

So many memories of my Madrinha. The main ones are that she always had such a beautiful smile to greet you with and her great sense of humor. She was always ready for a party . . . and for a drink. She definitely lived life to its fullest. 😄 She will be greatly missed. I love you Tia and will never forget you. ❤️ (Photo is my mom and Maria taken at Thanksgiving 2020, I believe.)
