Pat Barton

Pat, a long-time resident of Salinas, retired from the Salinas Fire Department as a Division Chief after a career spanning thirty years. He spent his later years living at his residence in San Diego and his cabin in Gold Beach, Oregon. Pat and his wife, Patricia May, were married in November 1957.
Pat was a member of the Elks lodge in Salinas and San Diego for over 30 years. He enjoyed traveling the US, flying his Cessna and fishing in Oregon.
Pat is survived by Patricia, his wife of nearly sixty-two years; his son, Eric (Sherry) Barton of Ridgemark, CA; his daughter, Carrie (Greg Wells) Barton of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Brandy (Juan) Contreras of San Diego, Christy (Ken) Warren of San Diego, Robert (Jessica) Eckhardt of Prescott Valley, AZ and Katherine Eckhardt of Ridgemark, CA and his great-grandchildren, Starlyn and Gweneth Warren and Eric and Bethany Eckhardt.
