Howie lived in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his love, Cherie Noel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Dorothy Bubis, and brother-in-law Joe Rosenbaum.
Howie is survived by his fiancé, Cherie Noel, and their beloved cat, Moo-Moo; his son, Kolman (Cullen) Bubis; his grandchildren, Tessa, Russell, and Colt; his sisters, Faye Rosenbaum and Rita Rampell; and his brother, Michael Bubis. Howie will also be dearly missed by many of his other countless friends and family.
A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Temple Israel located at 2101 North Australian Avenue West Palm Beach, Florida 33407.
