Howard is survived by his spouse, Tanya Witzel; his son's Steven (Debora) Witzel; Corey (Julie) Witzel; and David Witzel; his grandchildren Glenys, Rowan, Rebecca and Jordan.
A funeral service for Howard will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 2:30 PM at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412. Following the funeral service will be a committal service.
