Jean Luskin

On July 30, 2025 Jean Kitt Luskin, age 94, daughter of the late Samuel and Eleanor Kitt, cherished wife of the late Jack Luskin, passed away at her home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Jean was the beloved twin sister of Irma Poretsky, devoted mother of Jamie McCourt, Cary (Debbie) Luskin and Kevin (Laurie) Luskin; adored grandmother of Drew (Bo), Travis, Casey and Gavin McCourt, Jordan, Brett (Jessie), and Taylor (Arika) Luskin, Jason Brager, Jessica (Craig) Dell and Madison (Michael) Yaffe. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren: Chance and Tate McCourt; Sam and Alice Luskin; Sidney and Goldie Brager; Arielle, Nathan and Evelyn Luskin; Landon and Harrison Dell; Jack and Nash Yaffe; and Charlotte Luskin, along with many nieces and nephews.

Jean was the most positive, upbeat, energetic, beautiful woman who regaled everyone with her endless repertoire of jokes and witticisms. She was compassionate and a source of comfort to her many family members and friends. She loved playing bridge, mahjong, canasta, watching football, shooting craps, dining out and a good glass of wine. She loved parties and any excuse to celebrate life! She had a joy and zest for life, even during challenging times, that was unmatched. She will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

The family will be receiving visitors at The Country Club at Mirasol on Sunday, August 3, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Services will be held at 7:00 pm. All who would like to pay their respects are welcome.
