Joan is survived by her daughter Rivka (Jeff Meyerhoff) Simmons; her partner Frank Grobman, her stepson Steve (Eileen) Simmons and her stepdaughter Eve Simmons. Along with five grandchildren.
Joan was preceded in death by her spouse Robert Simmons.
A funeral service for Joan will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412. Following the funeral service will be a committal service.
