I was so sorry to hear that Kerry passed away. Kerry and I were Assistant United States attorneys in the Southern District. He was a wonderful person and a great lawyer. My condolences to his family.

Kerry and I started at the US Attorney's Office together in 1990. Kerry was an experienced prosecutor from Brooklyn and I had never tried a criminal case. He was a great lawyer who helped me become a prosecutor and taught me the "Mona Lisa"  closing in disputed identity cases.  He was loved by his colleagues and respected by his adversaries. It's been years since I've seen Kerry, but I remember his great self effacing sense of humor and how he loved his family. My sincere condolences to his family.

Kerry was a good man, loving husband and father, distinguished advocate, and good friend. He will be sorely missed.

May G-d comfort Kerrys family as He comforts the mourners in Zion and Jerusalem. We will miss him.

Kerry was a caring and compassionate man who treated everyone with kindness and respect.  He will be greatly missed!

There are few people in someone's life that have an everlasting impact. Kerry Baron was one of those people in my life. He was my 8th grade science teacher in Meyer Levin JHS. Kerry had true compassion for his students and a smile that told you you could do anything that you set your mind to. I have had the great pleasure over the years to stay friends. He and his wife Gerry were at my wedding. Their beautiful daughter Meredith was at one of my daughter Jessica's birthday parties when she was small. Kerry was such a gentle soul and always made you feel comfortable. I always enjoyed our talks over the years on the phone. I remember our lunches at the Court Street Deli, Downtown Brooklyn. I remember how you introduced me to baba ganoush. You know I've always stayed gentle and kind throughout the years. And I may not have made the whole world Shake, but I would like to believe I made the whole East Coast Shake with my puppies. But best of all Kerry, I made David's  and my world shake. My condolences to Gerry and Meredith and their families.
