Lilyan Estelle Sherman, 87, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Lilyan was born in New Haven, Connecticut to Harry and Adele Newman. She grew up in Trenton, New Jersey where she met her husband, Phil. They raised their family in Yardley, Pennsylvania and later retired to Hillsborough Beach, Florida.
Lilyan is survived by her daughter Sherri (Michael) Sherman Sheerr, her son Marc (Laura) Sherman and her daughter Penni (Robert) Parker, her grandchildren Eddie (Susan), Rob (Danielle), Max, Alexandra, Zac, Alec, Jessica, her great grandchildren Riley, Madison, Emily and Allie. She is also survived by her loving caregiver, Deepah Gengiah.
Lilyan was preceded in death by her spouse Philip Sherman.
A Funeral and Committal Service for Lilyan will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 9:30 AM at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412.
