Phyllis Hoffman, 85, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Phyllis was born in Newark, New Jersey to Nathan and Belle Waldman.

Phyllis is survived by her son Mark (Lisa) Hoffman; daughter's Tracy Hoffman and Troy Hoffman; her granddaughter's Skylar Hoffman, Sara Boyce, Hallie Boyce, Emily Boyce and her grandson Daniel Boyce.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her spouse Timothy Hoffman.
