Bob, affectionately known as “Bobby”, passed away after a lifetime of love, the guiding light for our family. He was the beloved son of Bess and Alvin Schoenberger, loving brother of the late Hank (Pat) Schoenberger and late Mimi (Dick) Puder, adored husband of Marilyn, devoted father of Randi Lewis, David Schoenberger (Cassandra), and Linda Schwab (Lance), cherished grandfather of Sydney Rosen (Dan), Will Lewis (Reese Blutstein), Maret Schwab (Nicole), Noah Schoenberger (Brianna Johnson), and Cole Schwab (Yoonah Kang), loving great-grandfather to Solomon, as well as a treasured brother-in-law to Cherie and Bruce Bramley, Dana and Ira Effron, the late Adele and Neil Bayer, uncle to Doug (MaryAnn) Puder, Barbara (Jack) Killeen, Peter Schoenberger, Doug and Liz Bayer, Alan Bayer, Sam Effron and Savannah Shyne, Jon and Jaci Effron, Erica and Matt Buchsbaum and Lisa Bramley, great uncle to Jack Bayer, Dylan Bayer, Ali Buchsbaum, Maddie Buchsbaum, Izzy Buchsbaum, Ziva Effron, Ari Effron, Nomi Effron, Silas Effron, Ella Bayer and Isaac Bayer.
Bobby will be remembered for the constant love he gave generously to his family and friends and for the lasting warmth he brought to all who knew him.
Shiva will be held immediately following the service at Morselife, Wednesday October 21 until 5 pm and Thursday October 22 from 2 PM - 4 PM.
