100 wonderful years! A loving family, wonderful friends and a zest for life. What more can a person ask for? Sylvia was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She lived her life to the fullest, golfing until she was 84, playing bridge, mah jong and canasta until the end. She was the Matriarch of a family of 4 loving children and their spouses (Barnette and Ken Druskin; Eric and Sherry Weissman; Louis and Bonnie Weissman; Nancy and Bruce Novell). She is survived her sister, Rosalee Bain and brother Herman Weisberg, 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. To Sylvia, family was everything!
As we say goodbye to our loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt and Friend, we want everyone to remember Sylvia with a smile on your face, because that’s the way she would want it. We are all better people for having known her.
