Tena Meyers, born on August 23, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan, to Harry and Melvina Zalmoff, left this world with a little less laughter on April 25, 2026. After living for many years in Buffalo, where she met her dear husband Roger Meyers, the couple built a beautiful life together over 57 years of marriage. A retired educator who taught in Clark County Schools in Las Vegas, Tena is survived by her husband and their three daughters: Jessica (Frank) Altman, Merredith (Ken) Levin, and Ashley (Gary) Harwyn. Her legacy lives on through her seven grandchildren; Sophie and Sam Altman, Parker, Charlie, and Archie Levin, and Marley and Zoe Harwyn, as well as her sister Judy (Billy) Salomon and many beloved nieces. A private service was held in Jupiter, Florida, to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Heart Works (www.heart-works.org), a charity dear to her heart.
