

Adelmira Leal Rios was born on the 1st of January, 1935 in Beeville, Texas to her mother Mauricia B Leal, and Father, Santana Leal. Adelmira was married for 36 years, during which she gave birth to 5 children. As a young woman she attended her local college, and became a certified accountant, in which field she worked many years. During her busy life as a full time mother, and accountant, she was also intimately involved in ministry, serving in many capacities including: secretary for the Southern Baptist Convention, director of womens ministry and Sunday school ministry, director of the childrens choir of the Vincent public library, director of the Woodridge Baptist church childrens school, and devoted Sunday school teacher. She was for many years a member of the Sagemont Church Choir traveling throughout the United States and Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Santana Leal, and Mauricia B Leal, and Her brothers: Santana Leal, Leopoldo Leal, and Jose Leal. She is survived by her Sisters: Amparo Leal Mcguire, and Adelfa Leal Hernandez, brothers: Onofre Leal, and Oscar Leal children: Cynthia Ann Rios Amaya, Frank Rios Junior, Sandra Rios Cevallos, David Dale Rios, Elisa Fradel Rios Cucco, 15 grandchildren, and 16 Great grandchildren. She leaves behind a firm testimony as a faithful servant of Christ, a dedicated mother and grandmother and lifelong friend to those who knew her. She will be dearly missed, and her memory cherished for the remainder of our lives.
