Alfred was born in Shiner, TX and raised in Wallis, TX. Alfred served our country proudly in the United Stated Army. Alfred served in Korea and received the Korean service medal with the Bronze service star, United Nations service medal and other medals for his service.
Alfred was married to Zadie Filip from Pasadena, TX. They had a daughter Adrian Adams and son Alan Filip. Alfred work for the Texas Highway Department for 35 years, until retirement.
