Aurora Garza Flores, 79, of Pasadena, passed away on April 4, 2021. She was born on November 20, 1941 to Jose and Maria Cruz Garza in Primera, Texas. Aurora was a very loving sister, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing lotería. She was an avid Houston Rockets fan and watched every game. She was loud and unashamed to show her excitement and joy. Her favorite phrase was, “I’m not yelling. This is how I talk.”
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Cruz Garza; brothers, Jose Garza Jr., Israel Garza and Carlos Efrain Garza. She is survived by her seven children, Ruby Ann Flores, Rick Flores, Robert Flores, Raul Flores, Jesse Flores, Alfred Flores and Jessica Flores; 20 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and sisters, Norma Linda Sanchez, Rosa Linda Del Rio, and Irma Galan.
