Ben had a career in emergency services for Mooring USA. He was a member of Parkgate Community Church and had a passion for sports- specifically baseball.
He was preceded in death by his father Glenn Hopson, his grandson Levi Cox, his brother-in-law Jimmy Smith and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Hopson, daughter Danielle Montoya, his son David Montoya and daughter-in-law Sarah Montoya, his four precious grandchildren Kailey Montoya, Jacob Montoya- Gray, Lyric Cox, and Colton Cox. Ben is also survived by his mother Aline Hopson, his brother Glenn Hopson and wife Renea, his sister Penny Thompson and husband Peter, and his sister Rozella Perry and husband Mark.
Ben is also survived by his brother-in-law Buddy Smith and his wife Cindy, brother-in-law Kenny Hester and sister-in-law Barbara Wall.
Ben is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
