Betty Sue Bridges

Betty Sue Power Bridges of Pasadena passed away on March 17, 2015. She was born on September 6, 1927 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Maurice Fred Power and Audra Eleanor Power. Betty is survived by her sons Robert Charles Bridges and wife Deborah, Gary William Bridges and wife Gwen, daughter Kymberly Renee Kepper and husband David; granddaughters: Brandi Jo Woodson, Brandi LeeAnn Costner, Misti Campbell, Jade Michalak, Heather Kepper; grandsons: James Haggard III, Chris Bridges, Cameron Bridges; great granddaughters: Leslie Glenn, Cloe Brewer, Crystal Haggard, Trinity Brewer, Aubree Woodson, Ella Woodson, Amethyst Michalak, Molly Haggard; great grandsons: Craig Blanc, James Haggard IV, Shawn Haggard, Lucas Costner, Myles Costner, Ryan Hammerle, Beaux Bridges. Betty is preceded in death by her parents Maurice and Audra Power; brothers: Maurice Jr., Harry, Jack; son Richard Wayne Bridges; great granddaughter Hailey Blanc and great grandson Marcus Costner. Betty graduated high school from Bolton High School, Alexandria, Louisiana in 1945. She retired from K-Mart and 7-11 stores in 1988. The family would like to thank Legend Oaks Nursing Home and Hospice Compassus with special thanks to Angela Cox, Billie Jo Alfred, and Adrian Robinson. Visitation will be Friday, March 20, 2015 from 5PM to 7Pm at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 10am at Grand View Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at McKnight Cemetery at 3:30pm in Cushing, Texas.
