Bill Dwayne Greer, 82 of Pasadena, Texas, passed away July 15, 2025. He was born in McKinney Texas on September 3, 1942 to William Austin Greer and Rubye Merle Horton Greer. He was married to Joan Eddith Weaver Greer for 61 years.
Bill worked for the United States Government in the Department of Agriculture. He was a member of Parkview Church of Christ in Pasadena, Texas. He had a passion for God, gardening and DIY repairs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and older brother, William Austin Greer, Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joanie Greer; his two sons, Bill Dwayne Greer, Jr. and his wife Jackie, and Douglas Austin Greer and his wife Michele. He was a proud grandfather to Bill Dwayne Greer III and his wife Alyssa, Luke, Evie, Jake, Sam, Elizabeth, and Austin. He is also survived by his identical twin brother, Jacky Wayne Greer, and sister-in-law, Karen. In addition, he leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
