She was a dedicated member of St. Hyacinth Catholic Church Catholic Daughters and had a passion for floral arrangement and baking.
Blanca was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Nunez Sr.; her grandson, David Nunez Jr.; and her parents, Ireneo and Micaela Gonzalez.
She is survived by her son, Henry Nunez Jr., and his wife, Esther; granddaughters, Christina and Marissa Ashworth and her husband, James; Arturo Nunez; grandson, Matthew Nunez and his wife, Taylor; along with six great-grandchildren; and David Nunez Sr. and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505, on August 5, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at the same venue on August 6, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a graveside service from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. A reception will be held from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the same location.
