Carmen Sue Havens Farmer, 56, born on October 26, 1959 in Rockford, Illinois. Left this world on November 13, 2015 to be with her Beloved husband Nolan (Gilbert) Farmer.
She will be reunited with her Grandparents Bill and Erma Havens who raised her, and her Mother Betty Havens in Heaven.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at Second Baptist Church of La Porte, 9025 Carlow Lane, La Porte, TX 77571.
