

Carole Lee Davidson, 77, of Pasadena, Texas, passed peacefully on December 29, 2025. She was born on December 27, 1948, to Edna Earl Chappel and Odis Lee Chappell, and lived a life defined by devotion, grace, and quiet strength.
Carole shared 33 loving years of marriage with James Franklin Davidson. She enjoyed a distinguished and respected career in the oil and gas industry, serving as an Executive Secretary for Valero, where she was known for her professionalism, loyalty, and unwavering work ethic.
A woman of deep compassion, Carole believed strongly in giving back. She was passionate about community outreach, always extending kindness where it was needed and offering help without hesitation. Her generosity of spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
She was preceded in death by her father, Odis Lee Chappell; her mother, Edna Earl Chappel; her stepfather, Benny Goodman; her sister, Sandra Kimezak; her brother, Mike Chappel; and her beloved husband, James Davidson.
Carole’s legacy lives on through those she loved most. She is survived by her sister, Libby Blasdel; her children, Benjamin Noah Davidson, Jennifer Lee Doss and husband Randy Doss, Joshua Henry Davidson and wife Amy Davidson; and her treasured grandchildren, Shelby Adair Teel, Jason Chappell Teel, Haylee Marie Davidson, Savannah Lee Teel, James Henry Davidson, Adelynn Sophia Doss, and Jackson Randall Doss. She was also blessed with a great-grandchild, Preston Adair Tisbury, who brought her immense joy.
Carole will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and her steadfast love for her family. Her life was one of service, dignity, and compassion—a legacy that will continue to shine through generations.
