Charles “Buddy” Arthur Harris, Jr., 72, passed away on November 17, 2012 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born on September 14, 1940 in Houston, Texas to Charles Arthur Harris, Sr. and Celeste Ida McWhorter Harris. He was a coin dealer Numismatist and was part of several Numismatist organizations such as ANA, TNA, FUN, Paper Money Association and many more. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a Kentucky Colonel and a Chairman for the Pasadena Civil Service Commission for 25 yrs. and was a Promise Keeper. Buddy was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Celeste Harris. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Harris; daughters, Kathy James, Debbie Barrett and husband Don and Sandy Hale and husband Ronny; grandchildren, Charlsa Barrett, Brandon Barrett, Kyle James, Brooke Barrett, Kamie Reens and Sydney Ceynar; great-grandchildren, Barrett Crow and Zoie Chesser and brother, James Harris.
