Infant Christopher Heath Kohutek passed away on December 28, 2012. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Teri Rae Gilpin. He is survived by his parents, Ashton Brett Kohutek and Kayla Rae Gilpin; sister, Tessi Rae Kohutek; paternal grandparents, Brandon Heath Kohutek and Holly Shawnte` Kohutek; maternal grandfather, David Christopher Gilpin; 4 sets of great grandparents; 1 set of great great grandparents; uncle, Chandler Dylan Kohutek; and aunt, Sierra Christine Gilpin; numerous cousins and other extended family members.
